You can then select the Operating System which you need to repair and in the System Recovery Options menu, type in Chkdsk/r in the command prompt. This will start the Chkdsk.exe.
Clean the disk

To do this, you need inset the installation DVD and in the disk selection screen, press Shift and F10 keys together.
