This key is 'HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPolicies'. You need to click on it. You have to double-click the system which is left pane. After that, double-click again the Disable Task Manager which is in the right pane. You have to type '0' to the value box and then click 'OK'. If you want to disable, you have to type the value as 1.
Firstly, click 'Start' and then select 'Run'. You would need to type 'gpedit.msc' within the box and you would click 'OK'. In the next 'Group Policy Settings' window, you have to select the 'User Configuration'. Then, you need to click on 'Administrative Templates' and after that, click on 'System'. You need to choose Ctrl+ Alt+ Delete option. Choose 'Remove Task Manager' option by double clicking. When you disable that, you are enabling the Task Manger. When you enable that option, you can disable the Task Manager.
