You can use the benefit of AutoComplete option in Microsoft Word to complete the sentences. In Microsoft Word, this feature is called AutoCorrect. You can have two options; you can either add text from the gallery or add text automatically.
AutoComplete in Microsoft Excel
It is easier to create and edit formulas with the AutoComplete option in Microsoft Excel 2007. The AutoComplete option displays suggestions for the formulas when you began to type a formula after the equal sign. A drop-down list will be displayed with the functions, names, text strings, numbers, etc. Microsoft Excel saves the new formulas and that will help you the next time you use them.
AutoComplete option helps to complete the names, e-mail addresses, etc. when you began to type it on the address bar. By default, this feature is active in Outlook Express. It gives suggestions to the e-mail address and names when you begin to type on the To, Cc, Bcc boxes. The AutoComplete option suggests possible matches based on the letters you typed. You can use the UP, DOWN arrow keys to navigate among the suggested list. If you want to delete a name from the AutoComplete list, then navigate to that and just press 'Delete' key. You can turn off this feature from the 'Tools' menu.
