AutoComplete in Microsoft® Excel 2007

The Microsoft Excel 2007 is an electronic spreadsheet program released form Microsoft. This application would be found generally in Office suite. This is very powerful tool available from Microsoft. You have to install only the genuine version of Microsoft Excel 2007. Then, Microsoft Excel 2007 would work efficiently. AutoComplete would predict what you want to type in next and it predicts based upon text that you have just entered. If you are typing the word which had been typed before, it would be suggested in the cell when you are typing the first letter of that word. The whole word would be displayed there and you could enter that word without making any errors.
Need to disable AutoComplete
If you are working in Microsoft Excel 2007 and that would not contain duplicate data, then AutoComplete feature may cause problems. When you have started typing, the black box which is containing the suggested completion would show up in the cell. When it is shown in the cell, you feel distraction during typing. This would cause some errors in the data entry. In such condition, it would be better to disable the AutoComplete feature. After that, you could be able to enter the data without any disturbance. This is the need to disable AutoComplete.
Open Microsoft Excel 2007. Then, you have to click the 'Office' button. In that, you have to click the 'Excel Options'. This would open 'Excel Options' dialog box. In that dialog box, you need to click the 'Advanced' button which is present in the left hand pane. After that, you have to remove checkmark which is present in the 'Enable AutoComplete for cell values' option box. Then, you have to click 'OK'. Then, the AutoComplete would be turned off.
